Refund & Return Policy – Zafora

At Zafora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Please review the full return guidelines below.


✔ Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.


✔ Free Return Shipping

Zafora provides free return shipping for all eligible U.S. orders.

There are no restocking fees and no return shipping charges for approved returns.


✔ Return Eligibility

To receive a full refund, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and hygiene seals attached
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Beauty tools
  • Intimates / lingerie bottoms
  • Personal care accessories

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.


✔ How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our support team:

Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) with free return instructions.


✔ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping fees (if any were added during checkout) are non-refundable.


✔ Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it in your return request.


✔ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
