Your satisfaction is our priority. Zafora strives to make every experience effortless, elegant, and worry-free.

1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items purchased at zaforastore.com. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • With original tags and hygiene seals (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that beauty, self-care, and intimate products are final sale for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email our support team at support@zaforastore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zafora error or defective item.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate that in your return request. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement (processing times may vary)
  • Contact your payment provider — some take longer to post refunds
  • If issues persist, contact us directly at support@zaforastore.com

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund immediately upon verification.
