📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
How long is shipping?
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. Zafora ships to the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at shopzafora@gmail.com. Once shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unused items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Intimates
- Beauty tools
- Self-care items
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Every product page includes a detailed size chart. Compare your measurements with the chart for the best fit.
Are your products tested for quality?
Yes. All items are inspected for quality, comfort, and fit before being added to our catalog.
