📦 U.S. Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery Time

We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are delivered using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With tags or hygiene seals intact (when applicable)

Some items are final sale for hygiene reasons (intimates, beauty tools, self-care products).

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at shopzafora@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear after processing.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please include your exchange request in your return email.
