Yes! Zafora ships worldwide. Delivery times vary by location — international orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at support@zaforastore.com within 12 hours, and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition with tags. Please email our support team at support@zaforastore.com to start a return.

Are there items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, self-care and beauty items are final sale.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once we receive and inspect your return.
